After competing in football and basketball throughout high school, Paul decided to apply his abilities to a career in fitness. With 15 years of resistance training experience, Paul prides himself in walking the walk and promises that if you show up and don’t quit, you will soon be in the best shape of your life.
Whether you need someone yelling in your face to motivate you or some positive words of encouragement and patience, Paul will be that person. He enjoys challenging his client’s outlook on fitness and formulating the right plan that will allow each client to reach his or her goals.
