I started lifting weights at the age of 13. As a kid I always wanted to be a professional wrestler. I was the quiet kid in school very shy and started lifting weights to get bigger and work toward my goal of becoming a wrestler. Working out has led to almost everything positive I have in my life from my career as a personal trainer, to achieving my goal of becoming a professional wrestler, winning powerlifting competitions, even meeting my girlfriend Meghan.
I started my career as a professional trainer in 2014 and haven't looked back.
I truly believe that the benefits of working out and being fit go far beyond the walls of the gym or what you look like. It builds character, perseverance, and teaches you that there is no substitute for hard work. The mental health benefits from working out can lead to positive changes in your body, your professional life and social life.

As a trainer I bring a unique view on fitness. I was not a star high school or college athlete, working out did not come easy to me. When I started working out I did so because i felt I "had to". I was insecure and shy and working out completely changed my life. I've met all of my best friends through working out. I met my girlfriend through working out. My career path and life in general I owe to my love for fitness. I am a perfect example of how working out can change your life beyond just what you look like.
