At Fitness Artist, you will never be crammed into a room like sardines with an instructor you can’t even see, yelling at you over a microphone. No, this is truly small group instruction with accommodations based on your individual skill level through regressions, progressions, and omissions of certain activities, providing you with a program that is still personalized for your unique needs. And we will never exceed six clients in a session.
Our exclusive group classes focus on circuit training, which are exercises that are performed in quick succession with little or no rest between sets. This method provides you with an outstanding workout – you will improve your cardiovascular health, as well as build strength, lose weight, and increase your stamina. Coupled with our guidance on proper nutrition, group training can give you results you will see and feel!
We offer exclusive small group classes in all of our locations: Clifton Park, Loudonville, and Saratoga Springs, New York; sessions last either 30 or 45 minutes.
